    About Resun Colour Pigment

     

    Tianjin Resun Colour Pigment Co., Ltd. is a professional producer of specialty colourants in China. Established in 1998 and based on 3 production sites located in Shandong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, Tianjin Resun Colour Pigment Co., Ltd. produces high quality organic pigments for wide range of industrial colouring purposes. Resun Colour Pigment is proud to serve a broad base of customers in over 25 countries for the applications in Plastic, Printing Ink, Coating and Textile Printing.


    Resun Colour Pigment primarily focus on plastic application in terms of Masterbatch and Compounds industry. Equipped with a full-functional Pigment Application Technical Center and Masterbatch Laboratory, Resun Colour Pigment has become one of the most professional pigment producers and exporters in plastic industry.

     

    Besides organic pigments, Resun Colour Pigment is also active in Masterbatch production. Resun Colour's masterbatch factory has 11 production lines of color masterbatch and with production output 5,800MT in 2016, which is among the Top 5 color masterbatch factories in China. A new factory specialized in Black Masterbatch was established in 2016 with production capacity at 30,000MT of various grades Black Masterbatches.

  • Technical Center and Laboratory specialized in plastic application 

     

     

    Resun Colour Pigment's full-functional Technical Center & Laboratory guarantees the high and consistent quality of each and every shipment to comply with customer's standards. In order to ensure the best production performance in plastic applicaation, our QC makes strict inspection batch by batch with advanced facilities including 2-roll mill, film blow machine, injection machine, twin-screw extruder, and etc.which are in accord with customer's production conditon. We also test the Filter Press Value (FPV) of pigments to ensure they are complying with the standard of fiber production. Resun Colour Pigment's Technical Center is among the best laboratories in pigment's application in China.
